We’ve had our most successful year on our e-commerce website Retail Innovations! The bumper year hasn’t come as a complete surprise though, over the past 12 months we’ve had a site overhaul making products easier to find and running regular e-marketing campaigns to suit the changes. Investments have also been made in to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to compete with similar e-businesses out there in the market.
Part of the increase has come from existing customers that are happy choosing our standard range of products over their comparable bespoke versions. This means that not only we can turn things around sooner, we can also offer better prices due to stock holding large volumes of parts.
I’m really pleased to see the hard work paying off and the overall increase in site traffic is a vast improvement on previous years. We are predicting an even larger increase in sales in 2016 by adding more products and keeping our customers informed of seasonal offers.
